We were in the middle of an overseas move (during a pandemic) when we misplaced the keys to one of our cars. Alex came out to our home and was efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful! I called to get a quote and the owner called me back immediately with a firm quote. I went to his store to get my fob (that I purchased online) for my car programmed. He had difficulty programming my fob. A job that should have taken less than 10 minutes took over 1 hour. It was determined that the fob that I bought online was defective. Do not hire them to program a new key fob for your car. They broke my car and because I took it to the dealership they won’t take responsibility for something the locksmith and owner “Danny” admitted to breaking... “Danny” knows what he is doing is wrong because he called me to explain what would happen at the dealership if I did not let his employees finish messing with my car.... locksmith cracked the molding on my car. twice... said they would have it fixed and didn't..said they ordered the part two different times and didn't...asked me to go get estimates...got estimates and still won't fix. offered me 450.00 on a 1100.00 job. off to the court house to file. dishonest, unethical and would never recommend
