DO NOT TRUST! Company uses their services under different names and phone numbers, but all comes back to this service as "We Do Locksmith". Had to use their services last week when key was locked in car. We don't have a spare key programed to vehicle, so they were kind enough to offer to program our spare for an additional $150. Cool. I had a key fob with remote start made on March 23, 2024. The tech performed the job fairly quickly upon arrival. Within 10 minutes of leaving we were unable to auto start the vehicle with the key he made.He seemed annoyed when I called him back and stated that the key worked and we were not pressing the correct buttons. Not sure if this person is affiliated with We Do Locksmith/ 24/7 Locksmith, but this guy says he works for this business. He charged $350 to make a key for my ignition, because mine wouldn't turn in the ignition to start the car. This was October 29 ******************************************* January. They use extremely cheap replacements. I wish I would have seen the previous reviews before using this company. I got a month out of my new key before it came apart, next day my car wouldnt start. When I texted the original technician I dealt with he proceed to tell me it wasn't my key, it was my car and that I didn't have a transponder key to which I called Toyota and they co firmed that I did. Be aware. Very cheap eBay counterfeit key fobs and unethical business practices. They will not show you the key until they are finished to force you to accept a cheap counterfeit key with the agreed price or charge you for the trip and time. When I spoke to the technician's manager over the phone, he was very rude, insulted me and hung up suddenly, The tech got into his car and sped away with the copy of my car keys. Price changed once he was done, took him 3 hours and he had to watch YouTube videos to learn how to program the keyfobs, I got charged $350 so he could take 4 hours learning to do his job!!!! It is Not an OEM key fob like he said it would be, it was just some janky eBay counterfeit. It stopped working a week later, I changed the battery 2 times, still doesn't work. This company took advantage of my situation and way overcharged me. They charged me 3x what they quoted. When I expressed I would be calling their customer service as soon as I got into my home and had access to my phone, the technician told me that he could just leave if I didn't want him to open it. And what would I have done? My neighbor was no longer available to let me use their phone again and I had no house key, car key or phone.
