Having issues with my 11 year old tankless water heater and needed a professional review of installation. Even though I used a General Contractor to install it, it's not quite right. Jason came out today to review and offer options that could extend the life of the water heater and make it run more efficiently and correct items. I paid for this, but it gives me a better idea of what's wrong and what I can do to correct and protect the equipment as well as cost. Show up for your appointments and don't make people wait around for an appointment you had no intentions of keeping. I called today after waiting for a call and finally called you just to be told that of last night my today's appointment should have been cancelled. I could of accepted over time work and YOU have cost me money, how unprofessional is this company.

We had the Halo 5 whole house water treatment system installed by Melvin and his team. They were very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the system and it’s purpose. He took the time to go over everything and answered all my questions. Melvin is very respectful and is a great asset the We Care Pluming Heating Air and Solar.
