Hidden costs and ridiculous prices they charge. I was initially going to be charged $64 for a $1 fuse. Until they kindly gave me a $30 discount. So I only paid $34 for a $1 fuse. Technician said diagnostics was going to be about $49. At the end of the day I received a bill for almost $400.

Their communication is horrible. When I made my appointment to have my air conditioner serviced, they told me a date but did not give me any approximate time, e.g., morning or afternoon. They told me someone would call either the night before or the morning of to let us know. Never received a call the night before or the day of. Finally I called at 10 and they told me that it looked like it would be afternoon but if things changed they would call.
