Caring pharmacy....excellent service and delivery....they are the BEST pharmacy
I had a very positive experience with this pharmacy when I first became a customer. However, since the addition of a new pharmacist, Kelly, my experience has significantly changed. Policies appear to be enforced inconsistently and without prior notice, and I have found some interactions to feel dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I am not alone in this experience, as I am aware of several other customers who have expressed similar concerns.
