We contacted Mr. Bernath about buying my mom's house. He and my brother quickly agreed on a price that we felt was fair. The contract signing was able to be done electronically. The process would have been over with in a matter of a few weeks but for a few small snags that were rectified fairly quickly. Mr. Bernath was very nice to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process. We would definitely work with him again, should the need arise.
