If there was a way to give 0 stars as review, I certainly would. AVOID WDC REALTY GROUP AT ALL COSTS if you are looking to rent in the DC area, especially if Chuck Wilde is the one listing. He did not return any of our security deposit when we moved out and refused (and stop responding to our emails/calls) to provide any receipts or back up for the costs that he had “incurred.” He was also extremely rude throughout our entire tenure whenever we had common questions about maintenance, repairs, etc. Awful experience through an... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Chuck Wilde while buying my coop apartment. He was quick to discern my needs and preferences and had great ideas on the type of work that would be needed at each of the apartments he showed me. He even took the time to stand by me in discussions with a contractor. I would recommend him highly.
Stayed at 2022 N St. NW managed by WDC Realty/Management Group, LLC, Charles Wilde and Alejandro Camacho. WDC and it's two proprietors have a myopic view of what constitutes customer service. Their lack of attention to customer service was systematically reflected by their service unresponsiveness, and when replies were met, judgment or unprofessional attitude was promptly delivered from either one of the two WDC representatives.
