I had been waiting for an accessible unit, as I have a child with special needs who relies on a wheelchair for mobility and requires assistance with both basic and non-basic daily needs. They NEVER answer the phone .
After leaving an honest review about how terrible my experience has been with these people, I was "suddenly" removed from the listing. They "claim" that I didn't submit an updated form which is a lie. This place should be shut down or re-staffed. I guess you have to "be careful" about saying your opinion or you might be removed from the list 🙃🙃
