Not a good experience. My kids ordered me a tonneau cover through Amazon with WunderCarParts fulfilling. They ordered it on June 18th. On June 20th, a FedEx label was created. It said it would get delivered by June 25th. Nothing. Every time I checked tracking, it said "label created." Then the notification comes from Amazon. We're sorry your order is delayed. If it does not arrive by July 3rd, let us know and you can get a refund." It never arrived. It never even shipped. My son called on July 5th to cancel the order and now... read more
I ordered a part sat night on ebay. They sent me an email to confirm part#. 5:30 am. I was wrong so I canceled order at that time. 8 Hours later. On a Sunday. They still shipped it and kept my cash. Now I have to pay return fees and find right part anyways..... I will get my cash back! Thanks for the hassle and the head aches. NEVER AGAIN wunderdorks....NEVER AGAIN!
