We were told when we made the purchase how responsive their service was. Our first call for service took over 3 weeks before a technician even showed up and 2 more weeks before the repairs were made with one call back for incorrect programing.Not sure how familiar they were with the product
Very helpful technician. Saw to troubles both under warranty or not. Fast and efficient.
Their customer service is aweful. I’ve been trying since April to get them to come out and repair a hot tub I purchased from them. After many, many phone calls, I gave up. I purchased a new hot tub from their competitor.
Very professional place for all your pool needs. Staff are very personable.
