I bought my hot tub a little over 5 years ago and it has been great,any time that I have any minor problems with it they come right up and take care of it. Their warranty is outstanding. This is the only place I would recommend that anybody that wants a Hot Tub gets one.
Had an amazing experience with WCI Pools and Spas in Urbandale and Ames. They bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of throughout my purchase. Chad and Harley and the team from Ames were very professional from purchase to install. I highly recommend them.
We’ve been pool owners for over 30 years. During that time we have used a couple of different companies. 13 years ago we built a new home and had WCI build a new pool for us after checking with a number of other companies. At the time we liked their product, and the way they did business. We have been very happy with their help answering questions and providing service ever since.
