Workplaces don’t have a right of what insurance they have they need to have wcb, wcb does not deserve the right to represent workers. They are cruel and evil. They don’t like when doctors, surgeons and physio sends a report limiting someone. They all these doctors are wrong. You have a vocational rehab done they don’t like the answers. They will pick at every small thing even if your on cpp they request the info to see if your cpp is from a work injury or another reason. I’ve been treated very well by WCB for my knee replacement surgeries over the past two years. I had a lot of pain after the initial partial replacement surgery but my WCB agent (Lisa Williamson) was very helpful all throughout the process. She offered good suggestions to help me move forward with pain management and any other possible solutions to get me through this recovery.
