Horrible! Sausage gravy cold-like wallpaper paste! Biscuits were the worst I've ever had. It's been 10 years since I've been there and nothing has changed. Just as bad as ever!
Checked into the wayside yesterday... first time since I was a child. Maybe 20 years ago. The food was fine, not great, but had a home cooked feel. And I jist appreciate that it's been there so long, it felt good to sit and eat in a place where I had so many memories. Our waitress was a hilarious older lady. Brought the whole feel together.
The wayside is always a good meal, great prices, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere!
Just love this place!!! Food! Love home style cooking.
