Never answer the phone
Absolutely abysmal customer service and billing. They'll sneak charges in wherever they can and make it impossible to pay rent if you're late, even if it's because THEIR system messes up. Find another house with a better rental agency.
Absolutely horrible. If there were an option to leave 0 stars I would. Impossible to get ahold of and when you do it’s their call center where instead of actually helping you, they read off a script and can do nothing else. The local agent’s voicemail is always full and you can’t leave him a message. Their “physical” location leads you to a Supercuts in town with an actual office nowhere to be found. You would assume a company that wants your business would be easier to work with.
