Management and maintenance tell u a bunch of bull to make u believe they give a crap and really don’t. We had no heat since the winter started and kept being promised that it would be fixed. Never got it fixed then to add insult to injury they take my rent money take me to court and evict us. 3 day eviction posted on a Friday evening to be out by Monday morning smh and they wonder why the eviction rate and homeless population is so high here. The commonwealth sucks everyone is all about a dollar it’s sad.
THEY STOLE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT! I lived there for 2 years and I had loud neighbors that partied all night and nothing was done. Then on top of that I moved out and they no longer answer the phones when I call about my security deposit. They just took it without any documentation about it when they only thing I had to pay for was new blinds which does not cost over $800!
I'm new to Waypoint(@Uptown ),but my experience has been very pleasing.The Property Managers and staff have been very helpful. On time with service and very professional and courteous.
I really like living here at Waypoint @ uptown. Really professional, and immediate service whenever I need it. Also the two lovely ladies in the rental office are awesome. Mrs. Rose and Mrs. Carmen have made my stay here so far really comfortable. If you are in the 757 area and are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Waypoint @ Uptown!!!
Waypoint at Uptown is a wonderful place to call home. The office staff is always pleasant and very respectful. Maintenance is awesome. They respond in timely manner and gets the job done. They also keep me informed with everything that is going on in my home. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. I love being a resident at Waypoint at Uptown!!!!
I have been living at Waypoint @Uptown for 3 years. The management is friendly and on top of any issues or concerns of the tenants. The kids out here love and respect the property. Management holds activities and gift giveaways for the kids on many different holidays and in the summer. We all look out for each other and we watch out for the children. The location and management make it great for my family and I to live here. Any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. My family and I have lived here for 12 years now. Recently in December of 2015 the complex held a visit Santa, gave away toys to the children and I found out that the leftover toys went for the homeless children. The maintenance and staff are the best and the most friendly ever. I had a leak under my kicthen sink reported it and maintenance was there in a flash and fixed the problem quickly and after he was done I noticed a courtesy bottle of Dawn soap!
