The Dr is great but those that work around the office lack the ability to follow through. We need authorization for one medication and when the pharmacy sends it over days will go by until that medication is gone and I ha e to go into the office and wait for it to be done. Recommendedthe doctors & therapists are very professional .. But some of the employees that work in the front office, are VERY RUDE & UNFRIENDLY. Some even have NASTY ATTITUDES. Ms. Nichelle is the most SWEETEST & BEST PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL, that you have working the front desk. The other employees need to be retrained by Ms. Nichelle in manners & how to be polite to clients. Y’all ask a patient to be there at 0845 so they can be seen at 0900 but yet AGAIN my wife wasn’t seen until 1000hrs y’all do not deserve the amount y’all are payed just because you have a degree, book sense doesn’t mean you have common sense .... y’all have lost my families business for good
Why do they make appointments for ppl then the person has to wait an hour and a half to be seen if not longer?
I'm definitely "NOT" happy with how the front staff runs this business (a business) The front desk refuses to give YOUR doctor a damn message. I've been going here for 5 or 6 year's, they changed my doctor but the real PROBLEM IS THE FRONT DESK STAFF THEY ARE RUDE AND SLOW AND WON'T GIVE YOUR DOCTOR A MESSAGE. Now my meds have been out for 5 days I'm suffering dizziness, nausea, anixety through the roof, nightmares, paranoia, NO SLEEP. If they can't do any better than this I will find another Doctor. Awesome business, great staff, everyone is extremely helpful! Intelligent and kind doctors willing to spend extra time with clients. The best therapists in town are employed there. Have you seen the "hope garden" out back? Very unique place!
