Stopped in to browse and met Kyle. Very helpful and a great ambassador for the local area. Provided tons of info/ activities. While departing, noticed a few sharp trek e bikes. Kyle provided great information and assistance and allowed us to test ride the bikes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I placed an online order, selecting multiple products so that I would meet the free shipping threshold. My order was canceled due to a "pricing issue" on their website. It would have been nice if they honored the price they posted.
Put some bigger tires on my fx3 Friday. Abe was very helpful about pointing out how to maintain some important parts on my bike to take care of. All the staff are very helpful and answer any questions you may have. Really glad I purchased my bike from them. .
We have enjoyed dealing with the personnel at Wayne's Ski & Cycle but were not aware that they also fixed fitness equipment. The moving company damaged our equipment and we were unsure of where to turn. Wayne's came to our rescue. Bought bikes for both of my girls and the service was excellent. Getting a reliable bike that fits them and will really work is so worth it. I've lived elsewhere and never had a better shop. They have the best mechanics I've ever dealt with at any shop. Top notch business.
