Agreed to come perform service, had me wait hours, got all the way to my driveway then texted me to go with a different company since I "cancelled his install" on a separate unit in my home. I had received an HVAC quote from multiple local companies, as one does. I went with the best price, again... That's normal. I never put in an order with this company, so I'm unsure where he got that I cancelled an installation for a unit I never told him I was going to buy. A quote is not a binding contract. After two years of working with HVAC person that installed my unit and he couldn’t seem to get the heat working. I decided I needed to go with another HAVC company. I chose Wayne’s heating and air conditioning, They came highly recommended. I spoke with Jeff on Monday, he sent out Troy and Wayne to look at my unit.
