Find another doctor,after a 2 hour drive to get to the appointment I was literally there with the dr Chan for 4 minutes I’m having severe shoulder pain,I left angry,felt rushed,to me dr Chan could of cared less I left with no instructions,no prescription, he set up a cortisone shot for next week,I haven’t slept in 2 days what am I suppose to do for a week .that is the question I asked as he was walking out the door his answer”it’s going to be real tough if you want to proceed further I can surgically replace the shoulder”so ... read more

Cold, cruel, unhelpful and uncaring. We left worse than we came. I hope Dr Chan develops a sense of compassion for future patients.
