RecommendedExcellent experience with outpatient radiology! I took in my 4 week old son and was provided with a smaller room to sit in while waiting for the ultrasound (without asking!) While waiting, I overheard staff greeting each patient they called back with kindness and a smile. The staff didn’t feel rushed and explained the testing. I appreciate having this resource in our community with great customer service!
Wait time in er is horrible!
My grandson who has had 3 open heart surgeries was sick today. Spent over 3 hours in your ER and was never seen by a doctor. According to a wonderful nurse the doctor was not rushing to see him because he wasn’t running a fever. It’s sad when your nursing staff seems more concerned but then again they are the true heart of that hospital! I pray I never have to come there for anything! You can change the name of the hospital but until you change the way doctors think it will never be better! Thanks again for nothing!!
We just spent 4 days there with my dad and everyone was top notch. A big thank you to the nurses and staff of the second floor, Dr. Pope and Dr. Metcalf. Fantastic care.
Went to the ER bout 3 weeks ago, the nurse didn’t do a proper paper work on me. I thought they supposed to weight you on the scale. She didn’t. They suppose check your height and she didn’t. And plus she had a lil nasty attitude. And they charge you an arm and a leg and they didn’t do hardly anything. Smh 🤦🏽♀️

When I was visiting family I was seen for a fever and stomach pain only to be told nothing was wrong’ sent home which is Jacksonville NC which is maybe 45 away with in that time my fever went from 101 to 105.. End up in the hospital for seven days.. 48 hours into my stay at Onslow Memorial Hospital I got a call that I need to be prescribed another antibiotic..
