I decided to go to the Emergency Department 9/10/16 and very pleased with the promptness and courteous staff. I was in and out in a little over an hour including radiology.
They don't care about anyone. On one occasion the Dr. Told me to go see a vet. They are always very nasty to us. For this reason I drove an hour away to have my child. On another occasion they refused to even see my husband. I sure hope I never need a Dr fast.
I was recently hospitalized there and received the best care anymore could ask for. All the staff were very friendly and very attentive. The cafeteria people and the food was very good. The place was clean. If I ever have to be hospitalized again, I prefer to go here.
I went to WMH on 6/9/16 for pre-opt admissions and labs. Everything was fine until my lab work began, Barbara (lab tech), ask me to make a fist. No problem. She then sticks me, but misses the vein. Instead of gently trying to roll the vein back, she jabs further and harder into my arm hitting a nerve. When the nerve was hit my hand reflexively opened and spasmed and I gasped. All she said was "we're almost done". Fast forward to yesterday and now today, every time I move my arm the nerve sends a pain down my arm to my wrist.... read more
I really would not give this place ANY STARS.If they were on the TV SHOW " UNDERCOVER BOSS" this place would be stripped bare looking for new workers. They gave a damn to there work cellphones & gossip, Then to the patient. Hell they put us in a room with Blood still.(yes I reported to upper staff. But nothing happen). GO TO GREENVILLE WERE THEY GIVE A CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.
Great nursing care, terrible hand hygiene. The only hand sanitizer station on the third floor was at the elevators. There was also a pump at the sink in the patient room. I NEVER saw it used by staff. The only time I saw a nurse wash her hands was after cleaning up a bowel movement. No hand washing/ sanitizing with IV, meds, vitals, or assessments. They wore gloves but grabbed them from the box with dirty hands. Good hand hygiene is the single most important measure in reducing the transmission of microorganisms from person ... read more
Had a baby in January via c- section with Dr Rotheling... He has amazing bedside care. The hospital staff was amazing. Thank you for a great experience.
They do the best to their knowledge. ...God does the rest...every time I come I leave better. ..so Thank you WMH
This place is full of s***tired of there b.s nxt time it'll be somewhere different
