Wife had an appointment for surgery at 955 and here it is almost 2 hours later and no explaination on what the hold up is, just keep sayin 30 mins
I accompanied my daughter to her knee surgery yesterday.i was very impressed with how pleasant everyone we encountered was.We interfaced with many employees during the process and they all were well informed and did their job thoroughly and professionally. Ps...my daughter is employed at your facility as a speech therapist!
For one I wish they had a 0 rating cause that's what they deserve! I took my husband to the ER and the PA told him he had pneumonia and sent him home knowing he has no spleen and can't fight off infections like people with a spleen. When we got home he got worse so I took him back to the ER and they took his O2 stats and they were so low they rushed him to the back and immediately put him on Oxygen and started breathing treatments. They dont care doctors and nurses are constantly just sitting around joking and on their cell phones instead of taking care of their patient's im done with wayne unless i can't make it to Johnson.. Also my nephew was recently killed in a car accident when we got to the hospital they all acted like they didnt have a clue where he was or what was going on until i informed them that we were told by state troopers that he didnt make it up until that point we were told to just sit and wait!! Ridiculous wait times. By the time wife was seen, 4 hours after arrival, her symptoms had subsided and was not given a reason for her pain. No hurry to go back there.
Had sleep study to r/o sleep apnea. The techs were awesome!
