Friendly staff the doctors were wonderful. Very caring and they aided me every time I was in need even at 3 am while I was sick .. Thank you guys �
Friday evening we got in the ER around 345, the charge nurse knew that Skippy had a gall bladder infection (Dr Adams had called in advance).his bladder was infected on the inside, the colon was inflamed and the bladder was just before reputering. We got in the bk at 830, just for them to tell us what we knew.nothing for pain yet. Finally got into a room at 2 am nurse was already half asleep.dr Garciacwas in the room at 8 am and said surgery at 2pm.After surgery moved him to 3rd floor nurse did not know that he was even there... read more
they have such a slow service time. everytime i go there we are waiting for 4 or more hours
We sat in the waiting room in pain for 4 hours.. 2. Hour's in the back.... 6 hour's. Smh
Staff were very pleasant. Very professional and caring.
I took my 3 year old. I wanted to confirm what I already knew. It took us 4 hours before we got to the back and another 3 when we got back there. The staff was very nice. His nurse was the bomb. He explained everything to me and made him feel comfortable while he was there. The Dr was alright also.
One was on the ill side ask aquestion wow act like i wsdnt suppose to say norhing.. other than that everybody else was nice.
Unless you're in labor and delivery, the staff is not very kind for inpatient care. However, the ER was PACKED the last month or two and the 2 receptionists/nurses in there were trying REALLY hard to be great for the patients while they waited. Yes, we had to sit around for 6 hours but in the ER, that's pretty common. Anyway, much kudos to those ladies for keeping their head on and not losing their cool with all of the impatient ones.
I transported my wife to the ER recently for a concussion due to a fall. I must say, from the time we were received at the reception desk, examined, assessed by the Nurses and Medical Provider, to our departure from discharge, we were impressed with the professional services received. It is clear you all are placing special emphasis on quality of care combined with customer service. Having experienced the opposite at other places, this was simply refreshing! Do not change a thing!
