I had very good care but this was the second time I was admitted and this happens. Makes you wonder whom your personal records are in the hands off. Im sitting and reading my discharge papers and low and behold half way through Im reading the man's next door... So does he have my records??I call and report it and dang if they dont send me too a answer service. Now reminder this happened last year as well. I had excellent care. The staff were very professional & caring .
Went to the ER in severe pain. Have to have a walker or cane to assist me in walking, had neither cause the ambulance brought me here. Not one RN, LPN or doctor helped me to the bed or out of the bed. Almost fell 3 times. No bed side manners from anyone. Then finally a woman close to 70 tried to make an effort to help. I thanked her very much. Been admitted to the hospital, they have these alarms on the bed. If you get up out of bed it will go off. Well I buzzed the nurse and no one came for 3 minutes. Though a little slow after initial vitals were taken everyone from the desk ladies to the PA who attended me were very professional and helpful.
