Husband was Brought in for shortness of breathe. They did get him stabilized as he was in distress, however they gave him a shot of antibiotics n when I asked what infection he was being treated for they said we are going to assume upper respiratory infection!! I had to ask them to do a flu test considering we are in the middle of flu season with people dying from it n ER was packed with just that, and guess what it was positive. Was put upstairs at 1am n not one thing was done until for him until I got irritated n asked WTH... read more
Nursing staff in the OR and physicians were so nice!
I’ve been here for two years I came from Virginia Beach. VA. And they have Synterra there hospitals and doctors office. I am so happy that UNC is taking over the hospital and a lot of the doctors offices now you will get good service here. Remember they’ve only been here for about a year so give them time it takes time to get bad out. One thing if you need good service they have a hospital that take care of you may not be here but they got one.
