A first sale is made in the showroom, repeat sales are made in the service department. We are on our 4th car from Wayne Subaru and it is the quality of the service department that keeps us coming back. Will we buy from Wayne Subaru again? You can count on it!

Wayne Subaru, Inc: Do you really think anyone would buy a car from you when you fail to allow a highway test drive on a Saturday? How arrogant can you be? I certainly hope it wasn't prejudice against a 24 year old. #disgracefultreatment #tellingeveryoneiknow #knowingtheywillpassalong

No Kathleen. Our policy has always been that we have a set test drive route which currently does not include the highway. The reasons we do not is mostly for safety concerns. I hope you understand. UPDATE: We had a airbag recall so I talked with Bob the owner. He looked at my service file and sincerely apologized for the trouble we had 2 years ago. He told me that the service manager and technician who did such a lousy job are no longer with the organization. He took my wife's car, provided a loaner and they did the repair correctly so my wife felt better about the shop experience this time around.
