The service staff is always friendly and they keep me informed about upcoming maintenance without pushing me to do anything unnecessary or before it is needed.
With 166,000 miles on my Outback cream puff, the car still does occasionally need some TLC on consumables...and this service team ROCKS with technical proficiency , engaging welcome and excellent value. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Wayne Subaru. I called stating that I was from Ohio and asked if they had experience with out of state sales. They said yes no problem. We agreed on a purchase price but then get call next day saying they can't do deal because I'm from Ohio. I called the BMV here in Ohio & they stated yes no problem you can buy car in NJ and pay the tax, title in Oh.
