I never got my official result from this clinic and still got in trouble of the insurance...yes, it is. I came to have the anaul test in Feb which my insurance covers every year including a pap test which I had in another place with no insurance issue (they cover that).Doctor emailed me saying the result was OK but it should be on the portal but it never appear. then in April, I received a bill of $206.70 for a lab test.
