wayne's is the most amazing BBQ! you would think being a dog, i don't get that much, although dogs do know best!
This place is not a gimmicky BBQ place like most in Colorado that uses Texas' name in vain. The brisket is amazingly moist, with great smoky flavor. The BBQ sauces were ok, but not a highlight - and that's my favorite part. Real TX BBQ is the flavor in the meat, not the sauce! The ribs were fall off the bone and smoky like the brisket, but I have never been into ribs as much as brisket, so admittedly - the ribs here were no big deal for me.
