Finally. Real BBQ in Colorado!
We had brisket and ribs for the first time and OMGEEEE. I'm not a big meat eater but I was soo sad when the ribs were gone I thought maybe I should eat the bone so it wouldn't be over. haha Brisket was amazing too. GREAT food!!
If you want to talk about real deal barbecue , this is where to go. No we are not in Texas we are in Colorado . Go see wayne at the Butcher block at 11 in the morning and get that first cut of brisket. Nothing beats it nothing
