Dr. McBride shamed me for not coming to the eye doctor annually, then prescribed me glasses I did not need. These made my migraines worse. The salesman tried to sell me $600 lenses even though I made it clear I would be purchasing through Costco. Not attuned care and clearly just trying to make as much as possible off of patients. I now go elsewhere but was just prompted to confirm my annual exam that this location automatically schedules, I will not be back.

Literal thieves. Don’t go to this office. They lie about network coverage, charge ridiculous costs ($90 to PRINT my prescription) and do just a sub par job. Not to mention ALL of their frame offerings are so overpriced. I will never return to this store except to have them tell me in person why I now am suppose to pay an additional $200 for a in network eye appt that I already paid $90 for. This was my first time at Oregon Optometry and Contact Lenses. I'm really happy with my new glasses and the price was a lot lower than I had anticipated. The staff treated me like a valued customer and I will definitely be seeing them again.
