During my visit at this clinic medical center I'm very disappointed about Doctor w ozaki he is rude an very negative environment I didn't feel welcoming during my visit at this place seems like he doesn't enjoy doing his job or he don't like transgender people not sure about it just saying my impressions before my visit I was told by a friend that he's like that, unprofessional and rude and better looking to another place to have my surgery .

His lack of professionalism and disregard for patient well-being were evident throughout my treatment. On March 27, 2023, Dr. Osaki performed reconstructive surgery on my orbital bone despite the presence of a low-grade infection that he failed to disclose.
