Dr Glazier is by far the best physician I have ever had experience with. Knowledgeable and efficient. Gets to the point and doesn’t waste time or do unnecessary procedures. Saved my life in 2007 by removing a cancerous kidney.
I was pleased by the care I received from the physician and the other members of the medical staff. However my interaction with the office manager was so negative that I'm seeking treatment elsewhere. Early in my care I received a co-pay check back with a letter indicating I'd already paid. Some time later I received a bill that I immediately paid. I then received a letter falsely stating I'd not responded to multiple letters and therefore I was being charged an additional $10.
