If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a brand new home and there were so many things wrong with it. First of all the day we moved in. The contractors they hire has pee all over my toilet, the shower they installed leaked the first night. I had to take the access panel off and then I discovered that they didn't even use plumbers tape on either end of the shower heads, the cold water for the washer doesn't work and have to pay for a plumber to come out to see whats going on, there are cracks in the ceilings, the kitc... read more
Had to hire an attorney! Enough said for now. I’ll come back and explain within the next two weeks but for now you just need to know that this is not a reliable or honest company. I tried to give them time to make things good but they keep proving themselves to be dishonest and scandalous. If you’re thinking of buying a home from this company and/or hiring them to oversee your project, save your self the stress and go somewhere else. Worst place to go for a new home! They will be super nice until you sign paperwork , then they won’t tell you anything about when contractors are going to show up to do something, they will only say they will show up whenever they want can’t schedule days or times. And when you ask when are things going to be done they say you are being disrespectful for insisting that you get a call. And they will tell you they are scheduling things when they don’t .
