Mr. Matt Otte gave us the application, which was completed, and one of their chosen back accepted our application—mind you, our credit wasn’t good at the time. We started by July 15, 2025, and got approved on July 17, 2025. RUN away. I purchased my home and it was set in late August of 2024. We didn't get a CO to move in until October due to failed inspections. I relayed to the company almost immediately that I had concerns about the installation, and that I had erosion happening under one of my piers and that my AC pad was not level. My home failed initial inspection for install problems.
