BEWARE OF WAYNE FRIAR AND LIVE OAK HOMES, they should have a class action lawsuit against them both. Shoddy work, I have holes and staples sticking out of my linoleum, holes under my cabinets, insulation falling from my airducts, shower doors won't close, 5 leaks in 9 days, 4 contractors out that keep screwing things up more. Seek legal advice if you have issues with this company.
If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a brand new home and there were so many things wrong with it. First of all the day we moved in. The contractors they hire has pee all over my toilet, the shower they installed leaked the first night. I had to take the access panel off and then I discovered that they didn't even use plumbers tape on either end of the shower heads, the cold water for the washer doesn't work and have to pay almost $400 for a plumber to come out to see whats going on and to find out that there cont... read more
RUN away. I purchased my home and it was set in late August of 2024. We didn't get a CO to move in until October due to failed inspections. I relayed to the company almost immediately that I had concerns about the installation, and that I had erosion happening under one of my piers and that my AC pad was not level. My home failed initial inspection for install problems.
