Jan 2024 UPDATE: WD sent Michael to repair the broken cable on my manual open garage door. I showed him the problem and my concern. Michael engaged his creative abilities and used thicker cables and an improved cable connection so the cables will never again break due to fraying. Worst company to work for. Manager wont give you the pay you deserve. They just work you like a slave unloading trailers in the cold. He bought carhartt hoodies for everyone but meHe knows damn well that im outside freezing my azz unloading trailers and helping customers. Worst place to work at. Takes forever to get a raise and if you do get a raise its only a couple of cents. No overtime and only bonus you get is a stupid pizza party for the hardwork you put in.
