10/10 customer service. They stayed 15 minutes late for me and had everything ready to go as soon as I arrived. Could not recommend them more!
We are in the process of purchasing a Motorhome and needed to get our “tow” vehicle set up with the right equipment. Dustin provided the best information, the best installation schedule, and the best pricing (10-30% lower than the 4 RV Dealers that we spoke with). Lastly he spent an hour with us going over the proper set up for our rig. We are experienced RVers and 90% of the orientation was review, 10% was new and value added! Waymire is the go to outfit in this Catagory in central Indiana!
They have almost everything you could need for your trailers. Decent prices and helpful staff.
I needed new leaf springs on my trailer, but had no idea what I needed. I called Waymire and a lady answered the phone and walked me through everything, by asking me questions, had me measure things while I was on the phone with her. She was awesome! I think her name was Denise. She ordered me everything for pickup. I went to their location and the guys at the warehouse were great. I got everything I needed and it was all correct. It all went back together perfectly. I will definitely call them first for the items I need.
