I stopped at Jake's Wayback Burgers for lunch today and ordered the BBQ Crunch Burger. When I handed my card to the cashier to pay for my meal, the card declined for some reason. I checked my account online, saw that there was no shortage of money in there, and asked the cashier to swipe my card again... again it declined (bank's fault, NOT Wayback's). I asked her to go ahead and cancel my order so that I could go to the bank to figure out the problem, but the manager came over and insisted that the meal was on the house and... read more
