Been here a couple of times and the service was OK, not special, but I figure it is a burger joint. Tonight was different, my order was messed up, and the wait took longer than expected. I had ordered milkshakes to go along with the rest of my to go order, the shakes were done first, so I left them on the counter as I was told the food was almost done. We had breakfast at one of our favorite spots this morning! We have always had an EXCELLENT experience every single time! Delicious food, clean restaurant, friendly staff, and the atmosphere is always just right. The menu offers a great variety but isn’t overwhelming with way too many choices. This location is definitely a hidden gem, so we always recommend it to friends. Thanks Wayback!!

The burgers are good. It's like a steak and shake version of Five Guys. Less ingredients than Five Guys, better quality Burgers than Steak and Shake with better better and healthier options. I would drive a little bit out of my way to go have a Wayback Burger now and then.

The food here rocks. Service is great. I finished the triple triple burger and went back for fries. Victory is mine. I'll be back to get my shirt when they come in and continue to get those delicious burgers. I'd say they make the best burgers around here.
