Overall good experience, didn't buy car because it had an accident. Accident wasn't reported on carfax.
Great place, people are very courteous and not pushy. We called to make sure car was available, when we got there it was right there ready for test drive. They even worked with us on the price! Excellent experience!
Kevin, who I think is the owner promised to send photos of the interior and exterior of the car. He never did (after 48 hours and 3 follow-up calls). I made arrangements for him to deliver the car to a certified VW/Audi repair shop close by. But he refused to do so saying he didn't have "sufficient manpower". Buyer beware with this dealership.
