I went in simply to get a quote on a watch repair, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The staff gave off the impression that I was bothering them just by being there, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was even a child at the front desk showing attitude, which felt very unprofessional. I took my watch for repair it took about almost 4 months for me to get it back according to Patrick it was sent out for the repair. When I finally got it back it was never repaired in fact in worse condition. They just should had just advise me that they only do batteries replacements. 😡🤬
