My experience was AMAZING! Davonda made a slightly painful experience painless! She’s an expert at what she does (skills, knowledge, and results). She’s top notch in customer experience. Davonda is hands down- the best in the business. She is kind, funny and I look forward to my appointments to catch up with her! I do a full brazillion and Davonda (after a few appointments) will determine if you can go longer between appointments, etc. I say this because it feels so great that although it impacts the frequency with her business, she notes what is right and works best for each of her clients! I'm not gonna say it felt *good* but I can honestly say getting waxed here hurt a lot less than when I've gotten it done elsewhere in the past. Davonda takes great care to minimize the pain and is a great, caring conversationalist as well. I definitely recommend her and will be returning here next time I feel like not being fuzzy.
