They were friendly. Debbie did my wax and was very gentle and nice. It wasn’t painful she knew what she was doing. The lady at the front desk was really nice.
I LOVE waxing the city!! They have been super friendly and very accommodating!! The salon is always clean and they do a great job!!!

I've been coming to Waxing The City for the past 2 years and I love it! I won a free eyebrow wax when they first opened and decided to try out other waxing. They know what they are doing! I used to get an occasional wax here or there for a special occasion or for vacation but after seeing Loren she told me how important it was to come every 4-6 weeks instead of every few months. My cerologist, Loren, always uses great care while waxing me. She is very efficient, down to the last hair. When waxing my legs she even waxes my toes! GREAT customer service!
Awesome staff and services! The owner, Kim, was so wonderful and welcoming. My esthetician, Semelia, was also wonderful and made the whole process easy and relatively painless! She was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and just made the experience great. Everything at this location was very neat, extremely clean, and was a great place to walk in to. I definitely recommend Waxing The City - Oakbrook Terrace!
