The staff was friendly from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. They took me on time and did a great job! There are places closer to my house, but this is def one of my fave!
I first tried Waxing the City for the convenient location and the cool name, but I keep returning for the excellent service. I feel so relaxed during services because I know they are such professionals that I don't need to offer instructions or feel like the job was not performed right and they are all very friendly. Great job by everyone
Great experience both times I have been to this location. Super clean, super friendly and really nice. Great prices and great deals too! I have worked with Angie and Justyna and they were both wonderful!
Today was my first time at Waxing the City and I loved it!! Very impressed and very clean! The staff was very friendly and their special pricing on waxing combos were unbelievable. I got an eye brawl and lip wax for only $15.00. You can't beat that! I highly recommend Angie, she did a great job and made me feel comfortable. Thanks Angie! See you in 3 weeks.
I was a first time waxer and the staff here is sooo friendly and sweet. I walked in feeling nervous and not sure I wanted to go through with it. Samelia was absolutely wonderful making me comfortable and not only explaining every step, but also just talking about everyday things so it wasn't awkward at all! I've seen her two other times since then and can't wait to go back! Great staff and facility!
Katie simply the best. She took the time to make my eyebrows look great again and it was painless . I'm glad she is a new member of the team. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Semelia is great!! She is the best that I have came across. She takes her time with her waxes and does an excellent job. When I walk in, I be so uncomfortable and nervous but she always say that I will be fine. We start conversing and the next thing I know she is finish. She is the reason why I use no razors lol. Waxing the City, when you found Semelia you found perfection. Keep her on your team . You have me as a customer for life.
Justyna shaped and waxed my teen daughter's brows wonderfully! And my daughters both said her technique was much more gentle than waxing's they've had at other salons. They said they both only want to see Justyna from now on :) Everyone at the salon is very friendly and the salon is stylish & modern. And easy for us to get to from Elmhurst. Thanks!
