I had such a great experience with Alyssa at WaxIndy! Not only does she do an amazing job with her services, but what really stood out to me was the environment she creates. The experience at wax Indy was awful. I would not recommend going back there. Had an appointment changed the date and the time received a confirmation showed app at that time was told that I could not be seen at that time. Even though there were no other customers in the establishment at the time. Waited for about 30 minutes stated that I would not come back over this way. Alyssa is incredible, if you’re looking for someone who is super straight forward AND hilarious. A hidden gem on the north side for sure. I’d highly recommend booking with her!
