Extremely poor customer service and they don't want to help you. I requested a call from the manager and he doesn't care either. I made an appt to get my care repaired there, I took it in at the appt. time and they want to keep the car 5 to 7 days just to diagnose the problem. I told them what the problem is. The back up camera isn't working. They won't give you a loan car or offer any help. They just expect that you can take off work for a week while your car sits down there in a parking lot until they finally get around to... read more

I purchased a new car from Waxahachie Ford. When providing my email address, I expressly asked not to be added to any spam or advertising lists. I was assured by the sales associate there would be no advertisements sent to me. Now I get an email twice a month from Waxahachie Ford. I unsubscribed using the website. I called the dealership with the assurance I'd be removed from their advertisement list. Like clockwork, I continue to receive their unwanted emails two times a month. Replaced my ac system in June 21, within 3 months my ac was no longer working in my truck. I called Waxahatchie Ford to schedule to be seen. The lady on the phone told me there wasn't anyone available to speak to me and she would send an email for someone to reach out to me. 10 days pass and nothing. I call back only to be told the exact same thing. I ask to speak to a supervisor, Brian answers and tells me to bring my truck in. My son purchased a used 2006 Ford Focus and hasn't even put 3000 miles on it yet and we've had to replace the thermostat twice, the clutch master cylinder and the water pump already. No warranty implied or offered but was told a 14-point inspection was done on it. Paid $3000 and now have paid an additional $1500 to get repairs done. Will not be doing business with them ever again.
