Replaced my ac system in June 21, within 3 months my ac was no longer working in my truck. I called Waxahatchie Ford to schedule to be seen. The lady on the phone told me there wasn't anyone available to speak to me and she would send an email for someone to reach out to me. 10 days pass and nothing. I call back only to be told the exact same thing. I ask to speak to a supervisor, Brian answers and tells me to bring my truck in. Amazing Dealership, great staff, awesome service. They really care about customer satisfaction.
My son purchased a used 2006 Ford Focus and hasn't even put 3000 miles on it yet and we've had to replace the thermostat twice, the clutch master cylinder and the water pump already. No warranty implied or offered but was told a 14-point inspection was done on it. Paid $3000 and now have paid an additional $1500 to get repairs done. Will not be doing business with them ever again.
