Great customer service. First time experience!
People in our Simpsonville area are always complaining that there are too many car washes, and maybe that's true, but my advice is to use Waves and ignore all of the others and they'll eventually go away. I trust their automated equipment with my $100,000 Tahoe, and it's always done a great job. I like the clean towels that are available to wipe down the truck afterwards. Oh, and did I mention that their vacuums suck? (That's a good thing, you know!)
