I have a boat slip at Waves and have been very happy with the service and attention to detail. I split time between Los Angeles and Minnesota, which means a fair amount of time that I'm not there. Chase Allen, the Dockmaster, runs a tight ship and monitors the dock and my boat. He's proactive and helpful and makes sure the shared dock space is clean, nice and usuable for everyone. We had such a great experience! The property is well kept, and the marina is clean and easy to access. A special shoutout to Dock Master Chase—he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. Really appreciate his great customer service!
My wife and I purchased a Bayliner 3888 motor yacht last year in Long Beach. We knew we wanted to move it to Marina Del Rey because its close to her office. We toured most of the marinas in MDR looking for the best fit for us and our new boat. We met with dockmaster Chase Allen at Waves. We toured the marina and surronding boardwalk with Chase. The service at Waves is absolutely amazing! Dock master Chase is the most helpful and welcoming guy out there. His perseverance and patience when helping us achieve our slip was also a driving force in confirming our choice for picking Waves MDR! The atmosphere is also very calming and beautiful. Ever since we were able to move our boat in, my family and I have taken delight in watching the breath taking sunset over the water. Thank you so much Chase for allowing us to take pleasure of the environment that is Waves!
AMAZING PLACE I have spent here have been truly wonderful. I deeply appreciate how thoughtful and caring DockMaster CHASE ALLEN has been, always paying attention to even the smallest details. Everything was handled perfectly, and I was informed in advance whenever anything needed to be done. The bathroom was always very clean, the home was peaceful and quiet, and the neighbors were kind and friendly. I always felt safe and comfortable here. Thank you CHASE for help us to be here.
