It is time to write a public thank-you and review for Chase, the Dockmaster at WAVES. We have kept our racing sailboats in a variety of marinas over the years, in both Marina del Rey and Long Beach. Chase is a true professional. He has over 200 slips/tenants to manage, yet he manages to make me feel like he has dropped everything just to respond to a question I may have. Bathrooms??? This is insane there are suppose to be 4 bathrooms however now there’s only one working and you’re lucky if there’s toilet paper. They have been trying to fix the others for over a year and it’s frustrating to have to use the restroom and it’s a long walk away..
Great place to keep your boat. Chase and his team are super accommodating and always quick to respond to any of my concerns. Thank you Waves.
