l enjoy living out Waverton, everyone very nice.
The property manager and leasing staff were beyond helpful. Even though me and my boyfriend were over in income, they contacted complexes in the area to see if they had anything available.

they took our payment for February and broke the lease agreement. I had until the 31st to vacate and they flipped it around and said February 13th or they'll forcefully throw me and my disabled child out! so no I do not recommend this place.

Kaylin Tarwater scheduled an appointment for a two bedroom apartment for me and when i arrived she said we already gave it to someone and i sent that email in November what you want me to do. She obviously needs to pick a new profession because her having attitude for her mistake is nobody else’s problem

Waverton need to get their shit together big time! I'm so tired of the floods and water leaks. They don't even have that 24 hour maintenance help line anymore. So when some shit happens when the office is closed then I can't even receive no help! And the office managers are so fuckin ratchet! The fuckin maintenance people barely do shit around here.
