The environment is... (Verified Renter) The environment is nice and I have not had any horrible issues, but the living space needs updating for the amount of rent being paid.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend cause it's a nice environment for families but I would not because the leasing professionals will not going to change carpet into tiles cause some family have allergies issues with their kids they can't do carpet at all
This is more... (Verified Renter) This is more than a rental property! These people are family outside of your own family. We have all walks of life living here from all over the world and the people respect themselves as well as the community they live in. From the children to the adults, even the elderly; we strive together. I have never been more proud of a neighborhood the way I am of this place.
This is best place that I've lived in Waverly staff is absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond. The manager Nadege is wonderful, including Veronica and Melissa. The maintenance guys are always prompt to help me every time I called the office. I've living here for almost three years, and this communities is in general very safe, the only problem I have is the basketball court, because there is a bunch of kids and some of them don't live here,but they come and make noise until very late. Mate ate It's really convenient and easy to find apartments on this site , as looking from another state we thought would be much more hard So this is great!
Safe but get more expensive by the year I have been here for five years. The appartment are kept up, the place is clean and safe for kids. But Every year, they add at least $50 to the rent.
