You sign a lease stating your rent is x amount. Then 30 days later they raise it by almost $100 without reason. What is the point of a lease then? There are no trash bins on property and only one dumpster for the entire complex. Needless to say there is trash everywhere. The maintenance guys are shady and personally almost burned my unit down. When I had camera footage of them in my apartment “inspecting” it they denied everything. Management staff changes daily. The manager is useless. Speed bumps everywhere for no reason. ... read more

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community, because it seem to be clean kept up community. And I love the fact it have 3 floors, and elevators in the building which is for a disable person like myself.
They suck Property is over ran by roaches and the office staff sucks.
The staff can't wait to fine you or raise rent. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had.i would not recommend this place to dogs. * management sucks. *They do not keep up there end of the lease agreement . * the do not provide a safe environment for me and my family.
