I have been coming here for almost a year. The machine's are usually clean & the staff are usually helpful. Tonight I was met outside by a teenage girl who caught me at their parking lot to tell me the laundromat was closed. It was about 8:22 PM There hours of operation are clearly posted as closed at 10 PM with the last load to be initiated at 9 PM. This person refused to tell me her name. Came to wash some clothes at 7:50 pm and the attendant told me it was close when the sign states last wash at 9pm and closes at 10 need to update your sign and business hours
This is a nice, clean, well maintained Laundry mat. You can schedule to have your laundry done here if you don't have time. They provide complimentary detergent and laundry sheets. The staff are very kind.
I live in a trailer park where the road s are all gravel. Therefore my socks get covered in gravel dust. When using standard washers they don't get all of the dirt out leaving them a dungy brown. However, when I using Wavemax machines with the extra wash and an extra rinse my whites are white. I use the bigger dryers which do a good job of getting my clothes dry with just two extra drying cycles.
Ramona have great customer service the best Wavemax I have visited so far.
