Clean facility and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The morning weekday old lady employee (staff/ not professional staff) is 100% completely rude. We come here often and we feel uncomfortable because of how rude she is. She ignores you. She is always with a mean face. Never greets. She has a disgusting attitude. Hire someone that will treat your customers with kindness and respect, not bitter old ladies. We will stop coming here. We have come here for a whole year but now we'll take our business somewhere else.

Im new to the area, and without having a clothes washer for the first time in 11 years. This was the closest place to me. I was not disappointed. I was clueless on how the new payment system worked . The attendant on duty was more than accommodating and very helpful showing me how everything worked. I will be back!
The young lady was very rude to one of the customers , this place would not see anymore of my money. Poor customer service, do they not realize the customer is what keeps them in business. Just sad
